Before You Call
Do you clean after business hours?
Yes — commercial accounts are cleaned in the evening, after your team goes home. You lock up as usual and walk into a clean space the next morning. The schedule is set around your hours, not ours.
What is your insurance situation?
Straight answer: C&M Professional Cleaning LLC is a registered Pennsylvania LLC and does not yet carry a general liability policy. If your building requires proof of coverage before anyone works on site, say so at the walkthrough — you will get a yes or a no on the spot, not a runaround after the job is booked.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. We work month to month. If the quality slips you can stop at any time — which is exactly why we hold it.
How do you price a commercial job?
By walkthrough, not by guess. Square footage, floor type, restroom count, kitchen or breakroom, and how often you need us all move the number. The walkthrough is free and takes about fifteen minutes, and you get a written price the same day.
Who actually shows up?
Carmem does. C&M Professional Cleaning is owner-operated — one person, no subcontractors and no marketplace hand-offs. Your alarm code, entry notes and lock-up list stay with the owner, because the owner is the only one with them.
What kind of spaces do you take?
Small offices, apartment turnovers, short-term rentals and residential post-construction cleanup. Medical suites, restaurants and buildings that need overnight crews are outside what one person can do properly, so we say no to those rather than take them and under-deliver.
What areas do you cover?
the Philadelphia area, both sides of the state line: Philadelphia County, PA, Montgomery County, PA, Bucks County, PA, Delaware County and PA. That covers Center City, Rittenhouse Square, University City, Mount Airy, Northern Liberties, Queen Village and the surrounding cities.
